, bringing integrated payment to FieldCentral clients. Users can process payments directly from the Schedule screen, where you already access Property, Customer, & Contact information.
The payment screen shows unpaid invoices from QuickBooks, and you can select any number of open invoices to collect payment on. Card payments can be one-time or the card can be securely saved for future payment processing. Payment information is also synced into QuickBooks, marking invoices as paid for easy reconciliation.
You also have the ability to email or text a branded payment link to your customers to pay at their convenience. We'll continue to add new payment features in the future, including payment in the field via our mobile app, down payments for agreements & more.
We wanted to make it easy for you to quickly take advantage of payment processing as part of your daily activity, and simplify your accounting and collections work.
